4. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium access is billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to redistribute, resell or scrape paid content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found violating these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WH Picks is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
